1. Regulation

Logan Pharmaceuticals is an MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) licensed and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certified UK-based pharmaceutical wholesaler, distributor, and exporter of branded and generic medicines, dressings, medical devices, and surgical supplies.

2. Security & Privacy

Your privacy is imperative to us, and the following information explains what measures we take to protect it.

Logan Pharmaceuticals uses security technology, including firewalls and Secure Socket Layers to protect the information submitted through this website.
We do not have access to your financial information which is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents, who securely process it on our instructions.
During your visit to our site, we may gather certain personal information necessary to set up your account, for the purposes of billing, delivery of your products, and queries. We only keep your information for as long as necessary to process your order, process any applicable refunds, respond to any complaints/feedback, or provide you with promotional information you have subscribed to.
Electronic transmissions are never completely private or secure therefore, we encourage customers to ensure that any computer(tablet or smartphone)you use to access your online record is suitably protected from potential interception.
Logan Pharmaceuticalscomplies with Data Protection legislation. We will use the information you provide with other information we obtain about you to administer and deliver the goods and/or services you request. We will not share your personal information with any organisation other than those directly involved in delivering these products/services, namely the courier service.

3. Pricing

All prices on this website are in GBP and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We aim that all pricing information on our website is accurate, but occasionally there may be an error. In the event of an error has occurred and the price charged is too high, we will identify all those that have overpaid and refund the difference.

4. Concluding a binding contract

When we receive an order from you to purchase goods or services from us, we will confirm that we have received the order by sending a confirmation email to the contact email address that you supplied. Professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the number and frequency of any item we are permitted to supply to you and, as such, we have no obligation to supply quantities exceeding the relevant permitted maximum and will charge only for those we do supply. We reserve the right to reject any order.

5. Payment

In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us, or our payment service provider, to take payment in full for the items in your order and any associated postage and packaging fees and any other charges that become due to us under these terms and conditions.

6. Postage Costs

Postage and packaging are charged on all orders under £35 that are sent in the post.

7. Delivery of orders

Orders will be dispatched normally within 1-2 working days of placing the order. All orders for delivery by post are sent out using Royal Mail 1st class signed for or Next day guaranteed depending on which service you select. We reserve the right to choose other service providers when needed. Details are provided once the order is placed. Applicable to orders placed within the United Kingdom only The term ‘normal working days’ means Monday-Friday, excluding bank and legal holidays. Failure to deliver your order within ten working days constitutes a failure on the part of Logan Pharmaceuticals to deliver to you the customer, and should this occur, you have the right to cancel your order with a full refund. Please refer to our Delivery Information for more information. Please note that should our courier attempt to deliver an order within this stated timeframe, this constitutes us fulfilling our obligation to deliver within the stated timeframe. This refers only to delivery within the aforementioned timeframe and does not refer to any other aspect of our performance of a contract of sale. It does not affect your right to cancel your order as per section 9 of these Terms&Conditions-‘Order Cancellation & Return of Goods.

The period stated for order fulfilment is approximate only, and Logan Pharmaceuticals accepts no liability if we are unable to meet it due to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots or civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental action or for any other reason beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, and we are unable to fully complete your order, we will notify you of the expected delivery period. You have the right to cancel your and are entitled to a refund if you are unhappy with the waiting time.

Orders can only be delivered to Northern Ireland and Great Britain. As described in our Delivery Information.

8. Returns Policy

You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please inform us of the returned item via email at office@loganpharmaceuticals.co.uk. Unfortunately, the postage cost and tracking of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using registered posts to prevent further dismay.

Faulty Items & Warranty

Additionally, Logan Pharmaceuticals offer a full refund on any faulty product. This includes all costs associated with the delivery and return of the faulty product. Goods should be returned as per our Return of Goods Procedure (below). Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will usually be made within 7 days, up to a maximum period of 30 days. Failure to return goods within a reasonable period of time will result in a refund being delayed.

Logan Pharmaceuticals will own the warranty period stated on the product page on the date of the purchase.

In the event of a manufacturer’s error or defect, we will replace the product or provide a full refund within this time frame. It may not always be possible to provide a direct replacement due to stock constraints. If appropriate, we may substitute an alternative product or provide a full refund. Item not as you expected the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days by sending an email to: office@loganpharmaceuticals.co.uk. In this case, a replacement will be sent as soon as Logan Pharmaceutics receives the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund(including all delivery and return expenses)will be granted to the customer. The damaged item should be returned as per our Return of Goods Procedure(below).In the unlikely event that a product is delivered incorrectly or differs in any way from the customer’s order, please inform Logan Pharmaceuticals by emailing office@loganpharmaceuticals.co.uk within 7 days so that a replacement can be sent out as soon as possible. If you desire to keep the item that was delivered incorrectly, please tell Logan Pharmaceuticals so that we can refund or charge you accordingly and update our stock levels.

Returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging; Logan Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to decline a refund in such instances.

Return of Goods Procedure

Goods can only be returned to Logan Pharmaceuticals according to the following procedure:

Before returning cancelled products, you must contact Logan Pharmaceuticals by sending a notice of cancellation to office@loganpharmaceuticals.co.uk and quoting your order number in all correspondence. Returns should not be made until Logan Pharmaceuticals has given you consent to do so.

After receiving a reply, you should then post the goods to:

Please note that the client is responsible for returning products to Logan Pharmaceuticals. We recommend using a guaranteed postal service and obtaining suitable insurance/compensation for damage or loss if necessary. If you’re returning an item because it’s malfunctioning or because of a mistake on our side, Logan Pharmaceuticals refund your shipping costs.

Parcels should be carefully packaged to avoid breakage during transportation, with the address clearly printed, and a copy of your delivery documents included (you will have received this with the original delivery).

This is the only means by which an item can be returned to Logan Pharmaceuticals.

9. Refunds Policy

Your refund will automatically be processed within 3-5 working days, but in some cases can take up to 14 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, return the product to Logan Pharmaceuticals, following the instructions above, and we’ll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This policy only applies if the item(s) is undamaged, unopened, in their original packaging, with seals unbroken.

We operate a continuous improvement policy in customer care and try our best to get things right the first time. 11. Signed for deliveries

Signed for: Logan Pharmaceuticals is liable for misplaced items and redelivery of items in this case.

Standard delivery: It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for any medicines that are delivered at your chosen delivery address or to collect the order from Royal Mail yourself. The person signing for medicines does not need to be the person who placed the order. You acknowledge and accept that we have no control over the postal system and we have no liability in respect of items that are not received by you after we have dispatched them. It is your responsibility to ensure that the person signing for the medicines delivers them to you.

15. Our right to vary T&Cs

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you order goods from us unless:

Any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case the changes may apply to orders previously placed by you; or
We notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions before we accept your order, in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven (7) working days of receipt by you of the goods.

Export Clients

Logan Pharma does not permit the customer (consignee) to arrange the pre-carriage from the seller’s premises to the point of export, and to complete and pay for the export formalities. This method of transaction is often referred to by Incoterm EXW (Ex Works).

3. Returns

Logan Pharmaceutical cannot accept back returns that have been exported. When required the customer will need to dispose of the products through an authorised disposal company and provide appropriate certification for any credits or re-imbursement if the need arises.

4. Recalls

Where the products have already been exported and there are safety concerns regarding its use according to the Medicines Alert, the customer will be informed and asked to destroy the product and provide proof of destruction. All recall actions will be recorded as part of the recall report. Exported products that are the subject of a recall will never be re-imported.

5. Datalogger data

Data loggers are added to all export shipments to ensure that medicines are being transported under the correct temperature conditions, the data is required to be sent back to Logan Pharma in a timely manner.

6. Payment methods

Logan Pharma only accepts payment via BACS (Bank Transfer) from the company authorised and licensed to receive medicinal products only, payments from 3rd party companies cannot be accepted.

7. Our right to vary T&Cs

Any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case the changes may apply to orders previously placed by you; or
We notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions before we accept your order, in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within fifteen (15) working days of receipt by you of the goods.

UK Wholesale

2. Purchase order terms & conditions

Logan pharmaceuticals will only accept stock that has a minimum of 16 months expiry unless stated otherwise.

Only current stock will be accepted; any short or odd batches will be returned to the supplier.

Any cancelled orders on Purchase Orders will be honoured at the price stated by logan pharmaceuticals, and suppliers must notify logan of the amount of stock collected for the cancelled line within 2 days from the cancellation date.

Logan pharmaceuticals will ensure cost prices are accurate and updated according to the most up to date manufacturer’s discount matrix, yet it is the suppliers’ responsibility to confirm the accuracy of these prices prior to supply.

For clients:

For UK customers to which Logan pharmaceuticals have to deliver stock to, Logan pharmaceuticals will only accept orders with a minimum order value of:

Ambient:
– Box: £2,000 Ex VAT
– Pallet: £5,000 Ex VAT
Cold chain
– Box: £2,000 Ex VAT
– Pallet: £5,000 Ex VAT

For suppliers:

Logan pharmaceuticals will only accept a minimum order value of:

Please ensure that a delivery note is emailed to us and accompanied with the stock in line with GDP guidelines. We will be unable to check off your order without a delivery note.

3. Return policy

All cold chain refrigerated medical products due to be returned to you will be sent to you using insulated containers and chilled packs and dispatched via a next-day courier service.

Logan pharmaceuticals will not be held accountable for any temperature deviations, damages to goods in transit or delays in deliveries. Alternatively, please advise us as soon as possible of any collection arrangements you will be making personally.”
